We ship to all 50 states and to most countries around the world!
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PRODUCT?
Because of the custom nature of this product, your favorite new sweater will arrive 1-2 weeks from the time of order.
Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as the post scans the label.
BUYER SHIPPING & RECEIVING RESPONSIBILITY
Once your order has left our loft and is scanned by the USPS, Wildflower is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged packages. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address when making a purchase. We will not ship to an alternate address after your order has been placed.
If you believe your parcel has been stolen or misdelivered – please contact your local post office. Also, ask your neighbors, sometimes packages get dropped off at the wrong porch or mailbox. If you see your mailman, let them know your tracking information and that you suspect a theft or mis-delivery.
I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER, CAN I?
Since this is a custom order and printed on-demand, I will not be able to cancel. But please do pay it forward and share the item with someone who would love it.
CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?
Unfortunately, we do not allow returns but please do pay it forward and share the item with someone who may be blessed by it. Exchanges are case by case and only allowed within 48 hours of receiving the item (only exchanges allowed are for incorrect size). Exchanges after 2 days, will not be accepted.
IMPORT TAXES & VAT FOR INTERNATIONAL
Wildflower is not responsible for incurred VAT or import taxes for overseas deliveries.
